Good Chance Education (Gallup): "In general, do you think that black children have as good a chance as white children in your community to get a good education, or don't you think they have as good a chance?" A sample size below 100 cases occurred in 1990, when 96 black respondents answered this question. Data from 1989 to 2001 were collected by telephone interview.
